Turn recommendations into content tasks

Convert visibility gaps, citation issues, and sentiment findings into a prioritized content workflow.

Start with the recommendation evidence

Each recommendation should connect a metric change with the answer evidence behind it. Review the prompt group, answer text, citations, competitors, and impacted pages before assigning work.

Choose the action type

A recommendation can become several kinds of work. Match the action to the evidence instead of defaulting to another article.

  1. 1Update an existing page when the topic already has authority.
  2. 2Create a new guide when the prompt group has no strong page.
  3. 3Improve documentation when implementation prompts are weak.
  4. 4Refresh third-party profiles when citations are inaccurate.
  5. 5Create comparison content when competitors win alternative prompts.

Assign owner and success metric

Every task should name the owner, target prompt group, page or source, expected metric movement, and review date. This makes GEO work measurable after publication.
