Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how Visoryn subscriptions renew, how cancellation works, and when refunds may be available.

Scope

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to paid Visoryn subscriptions, renewals, trials that convert to paid plans, and paid add-ons purchased through getvisoryn.com or the Visoryn application.

This policy is part of our Terms of Service. If applicable law gives you additional rights, those rights are not limited by this policy.

Free trial

Visoryn may offer a free trial for eligible users. Trial length, limits, and included features are shown during sign-up or checkout. If a trial requires a payment method, the subscription may automatically convert to a paid plan at the end of the trial unless canceled before the trial ends.

You can avoid trial conversion charges by canceling before the trial expiration date shown in your account or checkout flow.

Subscription renewals

Paid subscriptions renew automatically on the billing cycle selected at checkout, such as monthly or annually, unless canceled before the renewal date. Renewal charges are processed using the payment method on file.

Plan prices, billing cycle, and included usage limits are shown on the pricing and checkout pages before purchase.

How to cancel

  • You may cancel from the billing or subscription area in your Visoryn account when available.
  • You may also request cancellation by emailing hello@getvisoryn.com from the email address associated with your account.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period unless we confirm otherwise.
  • After cancellation, you may continue to access paid features until the end of the current billing period, subject to these Terms and any usage limits.

Refund eligibility

We want billing to be clear and fair. Refunds are reviewed according to the rules below and any applicable legal requirements.

  • First paid subscription charge: you may request a refund within 14 days of the first paid charge if the account has not materially used paid collection, reports, exports, or add-on credits during that period.
  • Renewal charges: renewal charges are generally non-refundable once a new billing period begins, but we may approve a refund if you contact us within 7 days of renewal and there has been no material paid usage during that renewal period.
  • Billing errors or duplicate charges: if we confirm an incorrect, duplicate, or unauthorized charge, we will refund the affected amount.
  • Service unavailability: if a paid service is materially unavailable for an extended period due to an issue within Visoryn's control, we may provide a prorated credit or refund at our discretion.
  • Add-ons and usage-based purchases: add-ons are generally non-refundable once the associated credits, model access, prompts, audits, or usage have been consumed.

Non-refundable situations

  • Failure to cancel before a renewal date when the service remained available.
  • Partial use of a billing period after paid features, collection runs, exports, reports, audits, or add-ons were materially used.
  • Dissatisfaction caused by third-party AI search results, search engine changes, third-party websites, or market conditions outside Visoryn's control.
  • Account suspension or termination caused by violation of our Terms of Service.
  • Requests made outside the time windows described in this policy, unless required by law.

How to request a refund

To request a refund, email hello@getvisoryn.com with the account email, invoice or charge date, plan name, and a short explanation of the request. We may ask for additional information to verify the account and payment.

We aim to review refund requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method when possible. Payment processors and banks may take additional time to post the refund.

Plan changes

If you upgrade, downgrade, or change billing cycles, the checkout or billing portal will show the applicable charge, credit, or renewal date where supported. Plan changes may take effect immediately or at the next billing cycle depending on the change and payment processor behavior.

Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first at hello@getvisoryn.com so we can investigate quickly. Filing a chargeback may result in suspension of the related account while the dispute is reviewed by the payment processor.
