Create a weekly GEO report

Summarize visibility changes, competitor movement, citation shifts, sentiment issues, and next actions each week.

Use the same format each week

A repeatable report is easier to trust. Use the same prompt groups, engines, markets, and competitor set so changes are easy to compare over time.

Recommended report sections

Start with a short summary, then show the evidence operators need to act. Keep the executive layer concise and the operator layer detailed.

  1. 1Summarize overall visibility, position, sentiment, and citation movement.
  2. 2Call out the biggest competitor gains or losses.
  3. 3List new, lost, or recurring citation domains.
  4. 4Include answer examples for major sentiment changes.
  5. 5Assign the next content, source, or prompt action.

End with decisions

The report should not end with passive analysis. Decide which page to update, which source gap to investigate, which prompt group to expand, and who owns the next step.
