Agreement to these Terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Visoryn, a software service for AI search visibility monitoring, GEO reporting, prompt tracking, citations, audits, and recommendations.

By creating an account, starting a trial, purchasing a subscription, or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you use Visoryn on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

The Visoryn service

Visoryn provides tools that help teams monitor how AI search systems and answer engines surface brands, competitors, prompts, citations, sentiment, and related recommendations. The service may include dashboards, reports, exports, AI-assisted analysis, GEO audit tools, and browser-based collection workflows.

We may improve, modify, or discontinue parts of the service over time. We will make reasonable efforts to avoid materially reducing paid functionality during an active subscription term.

Accounts and security

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account.
• You must provide accurate account, billing, and contact information and keep it up to date.
• You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
• We may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe an account is being misused, violates these Terms, or creates risk for Visoryn, other users, or third-party services.

Acceptable use

You agree to use Visoryn only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with applicable laws, platform rules, and third-party rights.

• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, overload, disrupt, or bypass security controls of Visoryn.
• Do not upload unlawful, infringing, harmful, deceptive, or abusive content.
• Do not use Visoryn to build a competing service by copying non-public features, workflows, or outputs.
• Do not use automated access against Visoryn except through interfaces we expressly provide.
• Do not use the service in a way that violates third-party terms, privacy rights, or intellectual property rights.

Customer content and data

You retain ownership of the prompts, brand information, domains, competitor names, uploaded materials, and other content you submit to Visoryn. You grant Visoryn the rights needed to host, process, analyze, display, and transmit that content solely to provide and improve the service.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights and permissions to submit and use customer content in Visoryn.

AI-generated and collected outputs

Visoryn may generate recommendations, summaries, classifications, scores, and reports using automated systems, AI models, third-party data, browser collection, and deterministic analysis. These outputs are provided for informational and operational purposes.

AI search results and third-party pages can change frequently. You should review important outputs before relying on them for business, legal, compliance, or public communication decisions.

Subscriptions, billing, and taxes

Paid plans, add-ons, usage limits, billing cycles, and prices are shown on our pricing and checkout pages. By purchasing a subscription or add-on, you authorize Visoryn and its payment processor to charge the payment method you provide for applicable fees, taxes, and renewal charges.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing date. You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or similar assessments that apply to your purchase, except taxes based on our income.

Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel a subscription as described in our Refund and Cancellation Policy. Cancellation stops future renewal charges but does not automatically refund charges already incurred unless our policy or applicable law provides otherwise.

If your payment fails or your account becomes past due, we may suspend or limit access until payment is resolved.

Third-party services

Visoryn may rely on third-party services for hosting, analytics, payments, authentication, AI processing, browser automation, and data collection. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies.

We are not responsible for third-party websites, search engines, AI platforms, or external content that may appear in reports or citations.

Intellectual property

Visoryn and its software, design, documentation, brand assets, workflows, and service content are owned by Visoryn or its licensors. Except for your customer content, these Terms do not transfer ownership of Visoryn intellectual property to you.

You may use reports and exports generated through your account for your internal business purposes and client reporting, subject to these Terms and your subscription plan.

Disclaimers

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Visoryn disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Visoryn does not guarantee search rankings, AI answer placement, traffic increases, revenue outcomes, or that third-party AI systems will behave consistently over time.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Visoryn will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Visoryn's total liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the amounts paid by you to Visoryn for the service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify users, such as by updating the date on this page or providing in-product notice. Continued use of Visoryn after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
