Decide who owns prompt libraries, weekly reporting, source strategy, recommendations, and content tasks. Clear ownership prevents the dashboard from becoming passive analysis.
Review access regularly
Review workspace access when teams change, agencies join or leave, and sensitive brand or reputation prompt groups are added.
