Before you start
A brand report is the home for one monitored brand, its competitors, target markets, prompt groups, citations, and recommendations. Create one report per brand or product line when visibility needs to be measured separately.
- Use the public brand name buyers recognize.
- Add the primary domain that should be associated with the brand.
- Choose the countries where AI search visibility matters most.
Create the report
Open the reports area and choose the option to add a new report. Enter the brand name, domain, industry, competitors, and initial market settings. Keep the first setup focused so the baseline is easy to understand.
- 1Enter the brand name and primary website domain.
- 2Add three to eight direct competitors or common alternatives.
- 3Select the first countries and languages to monitor.
- 4Save the report and review the generated setup summary.
Check the baseline
After the report has prompts and collected answers, review visibility, position, sentiment, citations, and competitor movement. The first baseline is not a final score. It is the starting point for deciding which prompts, sources, and pages need work.
