Separate risk from growth prompts
Risk prompts need a different review path than growth prompts. Keep them tagged clearly so communications, legal, support, and product teams can review sensitive answers when needed.
Recommended risk prompt types
Start with prompts that ask whether the brand is safe, reliable, trustworthy, available in a market, or better than a named competitor. Include complaint and limitation prompts when they reflect real buyer concerns.
- Branded trust prompts.
- Negative or complaint prompts.
- Compliance and availability prompts.
- Sensitive competitor comparison prompts.
Escalate repeated issues
One mixed answer may not be urgent. Repeated inaccurate claims, stale citations, or negative sentiment in high-intent prompts should become a documented response task.
